Patrick Hart has our wholehearted recommendation. In less than 3 weeks he sold our home and we had the money in the bank. We met, and within 4 days my home was ready to show, professionally photographed and it was listed on MLS for sale. During those days he helped us with minor fix up and most importantly helped us choose a pricing and sale strategy. We had 3 days of showings, taking offers until the close of a Sunday Open House. We had 6 offers and sold for over asking, one of the highest sales prices in our area. Our sale had one hiccup and Patrick handled it professionally, efficiently, and timely. Patrick is an amazing realtor!! He helped me buy my first home and walked me through the process from start to finish! Patrick was a pleasure to work with when he helped us sell our home of 30 years in Foxfield. We were anxious because we had already moved out of state, and there was much to do to prepare our house for sale. Patrick identified and managed several subcontractors to make repairs and upgrades prior to staging and marketing our home - things like plumbing, electrical, painting, deck repairs, new roof, interior cleaning, and extensive landscape cleanup. We could not have done these things without Patrick's help. We also were especially impressed with the aerial video that he produced, featuring our 2 acre lot and surrounding neighborhood. He has an intuitive sense about what each home will take to become move-in ready... and about how much it would cost. Patrick is calm mannered, he did not get flustered or emotional about the buying process. This was a great balance for the inner anxiety that I experienced. I felt that he gave honest advice, multiple times trying to steer me away from homes that didn't fit my criteria and may have unfortunate surprises down the road. Patrick was exceptional! He helped me with the process of selling my first home and buying the next! He had my first place sold in the first weekend it went on the market.
